This position will include three categories of function: Brokerage, Administrative, and Assistant
Functions include: Conduct property and tenant research, assist with lease negotiations, schedule tours, run financial analyses, assemble market surveys, and client deliverables.
This role will function as office manager. You will be responsible for running office functions such as maintaining company file database, handling invoices and billing, website maintenance, correspondence with accounting and health insurance providers, etc.
Some personal assistant functions are required of this position. These include handling personal matters such as bills, mail, delivering packages, etc for the company’s Principal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong skills with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are required
Knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are useful but not required
NYS Real Estate Salesperson License preferred but not required
