Dr Jays runs a chain of retail stores throughout the New York City metro area. Benchmark was given the task of helping Dr Jays significantly reduce its office expense. Despite experiencing an overall New York market that had largely recovered from the financial crisis, Benchmark and Dr Jays were able to find a new home for their company that achieved the targeted savings. Beyond locating the space, Benchmark assisted with selection of an architect, negotiating the lease document, and coordinating fulfillment of the Landlord’s work obligations in a timely manner.
