NICE Systems is one of Israel’s premiere software companies. The NICE-Actimize division includes many of the world’s top financial institutions as its customers. Over the course of 3 years, Benchmark advised on the initial transaction to lease 23,500 square feet at 1359 Broadway, part of the W & H Properties portfolio. Subsequently, as the company experienced substantial growth, Benchmark worked with NICE-Actimize to secure an additional 24,000 square feet and simultaneously extend the original lease.
