Wiesner Products was looking to consolidate from two floors to one, and hoped to do so in a move to a higher-caliber building.  Facing highly competitive marketplace and a limited budget for renovations, Benchmark identified an ideal solution:  A long-term sublease for a move-in condition space with great views facing up and down Broadway.  Beyond securing the space, Benchmark went above and beyond by negotiating an early termination of a lease to facilitate the move, as well as manage the project from start to finish.
