Software Company Code Climate Takes 42K SF at 195 Broadway
Software firm Code Climate inked a deal for 41,878 square feet at L&L Holding Company’s 195 Broadway in the Financial District, Commercial Observer has learned.
Code Climate, which offers software that helps monitor a company’s engineering team, took the entire 20th floor at the building in a 10-year lease, said L&L’s Andrew Wiener, who represented the landlord in the deal. The asking rent was $55 per square foot, according to a source familiar with the deal.
